孙礼瑞，男，山东青岛人，工学博士，yl8cc永利助理教授，青年卓越人才。
2021年毕业于中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院，获得博士学位，研究方向为食品致敏组分的鉴定、检测及致敏性评价。2019年9月-2020年10月，于澳大利亚James Cook University公共卫生、医学与兽医科学学院公派留学。迄今发表研究论文16篇，累计发表SCI论文9篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文4篇，EI论文1篇，申请国家发明专利2项。
