  孙礼瑞,男,山东青岛人,工学博士,yl8cc永利助理教授,青年卓越人才。

  2021年毕业于中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院,获得博士学位,研究方向为食品致敏组分的鉴定、检测及致敏性评价。2019年9月-2020年10月,于澳大利亚James Cook University公共卫生、医学与兽医科学学院公派留学。迄今发表研究论文16篇,累计发表SCI论文9篇,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文4篇,EI论文1篇,申请国家发明专利2项。
